IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and DEA Labs LLC (“DEA Labs,” “Pineapple,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Juiced Bot Telegram software application, associated smart‑contracts, websites, documentation, and any related services or content (collectively, the “Service” or “Juiced Bot”). Juiced Bot is currently in beta version 0.5 and provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. By adding, interacting with, or otherwise using Juiced Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies or guidelines we publish.
Use at Your Own Discretion: Cryptoassets are inherently volatile, smart‑contracts carry execution risk, and Juiced Bot includes wagering and competitive features that may result in the permanent loss of digital assets. You acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with your use of Juiced Bot and that DEA Labs is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities that may arise.
1. Definitions
- Account means the Telegram user account and any Juiced Bot‑linked on‑chain wallet(s) you designate.
- Bot Commands means text commands (e.g., /games, /raid, /ban) executed via Juiced Bot.
- Digital Asset means a cryptographically secured representation of value (including cryptocurrency, tokens, or NFTs) transferable via blockchain technology.
- Games means peer‑to‑peer contests (e.g., Blitz or Strike) facilitated by Juiced Bot in which Users wager Digital Assets or other prizes.
- Group means a Telegram chat, channel, or super‑group in which Juiced Bot has been added and granted administrator rights.
- Wallet means the non‑custodial or custodial blockchain address you link or generate through Juiced Bot under Section 5.
We do not collect or store private keys, seed phrases, or Telegram passwords. Deposits are handled by smart‑contracts; we never request custody of your private credentials.
2. Eligibility & User Representations
- Age. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and fully competent to enter into contracts.
- Prohibited Jurisdictions. You may not use Juiced Bot if you are located in, incorporated in, or otherwise subject to the laws of (i) any jurisdiction in which Digital‑Asset activities, online wagering, or the offer of comparable services is illegal; (ii) a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S., U.K., or E.U. sanctions (including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or Crimea/Sevastopol); or (iii) any jurisdiction we designate from time to time.
- Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Juiced Bot complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations.
- Institutional Use. If you use Juiced Bot on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms and that the entity accepts full responsibility for the use of Juiced Bot.
3. License & Acceptable Use
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited data:
- Limited License. Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, DEA Labs grants you a revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and non‑sublicensable license to access and use Juiced Bot solely for legitimate, lawful purposes.
- Restrictions. You agree not to (i) reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract Juiced Bot’s source code; (ii) use Juiced Bot to transmit malware, phishing links, or unsolicited messages; (iii) facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing; (iv) engage in market manipulation, wash trading, front‑running, or insider trading; (v) violate Telegram’s Terms of Service; or (vi) interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of Juiced Bot.
- Updates & Beta Software. Juiced Bot is beta software and may change, suspend, or discontinue without notice. Functionality may contain errors or be incomplete; we make no promises about future features or performance.
4. Administrator Rights & Chat Management
- Admin Permissions. To function, Juiced Bot requires the Telegram permissions listed in the Documentation (including Ban Users, Delete Messages, and Pin Messages). By granting such rights you authorize Juiced Bot to perform automated moderation (warnings, bans, mutes, anti‑spam, prune) in your Group.
- Moderator Liability. We are not liable for any actions Juiced Bot performs at the direction of a Group administrator (including wrongful bans or message deletions). Administrators remain responsible for compliance with all community guidelines and applicable laws.
5. Wallets, Deposits & Withdrawals
- Linking a Wallet. You may link an existing blockchain address through Juiced Bot. Linking serves solely to verify ownership; Juiced Bot cannot access private keys.
- Deposits. When you send Digital Assets to a deposit address generated by Juiced Bot, you transfer custody of those assets to smart‑contracts and wallets controlled by DEA Labs (or its designated service providers) until you request withdrawal.
- Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed automatically by smart‑contract or periodically in batches by DEA Labs. Manual intervention may be required if issues arise. Network congestion or contract failure may delay or prevent withdrawal; DEA Labs bears no responsibility for network‑level failures.
- Custody Disclaimer. DEA Labs is not a licensed bank, broker‑dealer, money services business, or custodian. Assets held in Juiced Bot are not insured by any governmental agency. You assume all risk of loss, including losses due to smart‑contract exploits or key compromise.
- Fees. Transactions may incur blockchain gas fees or service fees that you authorize Juiced Bot to deduct automatically.
6. Games, Tips & Competitions
- Wagering. Games facilitated by Juiced Bot (e.g., Blitz, Strike) allow Users to stake Digital Assets against one another. All wagers are final, and outcomes are determined by the smart‑contract logic or other automated means.
- Entertainment Purposes. Games are offered for entertainment only. DEA Labs does not operate a casino or provide gambling services and makes no guarantee that Games are lawful in your jurisdiction.
- Taxation. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes arising from winnings, token transfers, or capital gains.
- Fair Play. You must not exploit bugs or use bots/scripts to gain unfair advantage. DEA Labs may cancel games or withhold winnings if cheating is suspected.
7. Blockchain Data & Trading Integrations
We employ administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards such as:
- Information Accuracy. Juiced Bot displays on‑chain data (e.g., buy alerts, staking APY, gas prices) pulled from third‑party APIs. We do not warrant that such data is complete, accurate, or current.
- No Investment Advice. All information presented is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment, financial, or legal advice. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
8. Raids & Social Media Tools
- User Responsibility. Raids amplify social‑media content by prompting Users to like, repost, or comment. You agree not to use Raids for harassment, misinformation, or spam.
- Third‑Party Platforms. Raids interact with X (Twitter) or other third‑party services that are governed by their own terms. DEA Labs is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, such platforms.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Juiced Bot to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including securities, commodities, or gambling laws.
- Engage in or promote illegal activity, violence, hate speech, or child exploitation.
- Conduct or facilitate any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Circumvent technological measures or security features of Juiced Bot.
10. Intellectual Property
- DEA Labs IP. Juiced Bot, all related software, trademarks, logos, and content are owned by DEA Labs or its licensors and protected by intellectual‑property laws. Except for the limited license granted herein, no rights are granted.
- User Content. You grant DEA Labs a worldwide, royalty‑free license to display, reproduce, and distribute content you submit via Juiced Bot for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
11. Privacy
- Telegram Data. Juiced Bot processes your Telegram user ID, display name, avatar, and messages as required to deliver the Service. Such data is stored subject to our Privacy Policy.
- Blockchain Transparency. Transactions executed via smart‑contracts are publicly visible on the blockchain and cannot be deleted.
12. Disclaimers
- Beta Software. Juiced Bot is in beta (v0.5) and may contain defects or experience outages. Use at your own risk.
- No Warranty. Juiced Bot is provided “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and WITHOUT WARRANTIES of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement.
- Risk of Loss. Digital Assets are volatile. Smart‑contracts may fail or be exploited. DEA Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation and is not liable for any loss of funds, data, or profits.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will DEA Labs, its affiliates, directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for (i) indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; (ii) loss of profits, digital assets, data, or goodwill; or (iii) any damages or losses whatsoever under any theory of liability.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DEA Labs and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (i) your use of Juiced Bot; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your infringement of any rights of a third party.
15. Modification & Termination
- Updates to Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of Juiced Bot after changes constitutes acceptance.
- Suspension/Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to Juiced Bot, in whole or in part, at any time for any reason without liability to you.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.
- Binding Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Juiced Bot shall be finally settled by confidential, binding arbitration administered by the BVI International Arbitration Centre (BVIIAC) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
- Class‑Action Waiver. You may only resolve disputes with DEA Labs on an individual basis; class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.
17. Severability & Entire Agreement
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DEA Labs and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (i) your use of Juiced Bot; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your infringement of any rights of a third party.
18. Force Majeure
DEA Labs shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, Internet or telecommunications failures, or government actions.
